Swim

This group should be able to swim all four strokes and 20 laps without stopping. This is a competitive group who will be working on technique, turns, strength and FITNESS!

Teamsnap

SHAQ uses Teamsnap to communicate club information with parents. This includes any schedule changes due to weather or pool closures. We also communicate all scrimmage and game schedules for specific age group teams through Teamsnap.

Tournaments

Dec 14th - Local Tournament (All players, no extra cost)

Jan 10th and 11th - Local Tournament TBD (All players, no extra cost)

Futures TBD (A Teams, extra cost)

Jan 30 - Feb 1st - Frozen Cup (A and Select B Teams, extra cost)

SHAQ is playing more tournaments every season in order to give players more competition experience for overall growth as a team and as water polo players.

Some Marin County games for (All Level) players are included in the SHAQ tuition.

Tournaments that are specific for (A or B Team) players are at an extra cost. (B Teams) are TBD depending on registration numbers. This includes JO's, JO Quals, Futures, Cal Cup, Kap 7, Frozen Cup, etc. Please understand that these tournaments cost additional money for entry fees, pool rent and coaching stipends.
